Caleb Williams not only started for OU, but he is having a very good game. He's going to be starting to show up in the Heisman conversation.
Bryce Young is pretty cool under pressure. I don't think he is Heisman great yet but he is developing very well. Our offense is okay. Our defense needs work.
I think you guys are going to be one of those teams that grows as season goes on, might not dominate the competition like last year but will be one of the 4 best teams. SEC championship game will be the proof.
I'm watching TCU /OU now it's a better game to watch. But I see it is 42 - 9 now and plenty of time for more, so it is a very good win for the TIDE.
Uga is legit this year, gonna be tough to get by them in that Champ game. I don't think anyone else will beat Bama before then.
Wow Williams just ran 41 yds for a TD. Kid looks like a faster Jalen Hurts running the ball and Baker Mayfield throwing the ball.
OU forced a fumble and the guy almost scores but lost control of the ball reaching for pylon and it went into the endzone for a touch back. Second time I have seen that today, it happened to Purdue in the Iowa win.
What a TD catch by the TCU receiver in the end zone. He literally ripped it out of the OU db's hands for the TD instead of the pick.
This TCU /OU game has been the best game of the day, competitive and lots of big plays from both teams. I see Army gave Wisconsin all they could handle but lost 20 - 14
49 - 9. That's a pretty solid win, esp on the road. OU 52 31. All the talk is about Caleb Williams, and rightfully so but keep an eye on Rb Kennedy Brooks.
Got ugly in Knoxville. Controversial spot on 4th down play and the crowd didn't like the call so they start throwing water bottles and trash onto the field with a minute to go in the game. They had about a 30 minute delay. Ole Miss ended up winning but I'm sure this will a topic in the SEC Offices this week.
An angry Iowa fan tossed a full beer can on the field during the game. Fortunately, Purdue offensive lineman Greg Long used that opportunity to teach the fans never to waste beer. Smart young man from El Paso whom the Badgers missed out on when recruiting Texas kids.
That is putting it mildly. There is no doubt in my mind that our DC will be history, the only question is will he have taken Mullen down with him because Mullen won't act on a replacement.
I think twenty some would have been plenty. First string offense and defense, a couple of kickers and subs and away they go.
