There must be a secret barn in Madison where UW scientists grow gigantic lineman and NFL talent running backs.
Hmmm, personally I’ve thought they have done well beating our ass in any inconsequential bowl games for the past three years to thoroughly humble any arrogance we may have had
Ralph, Wisconsin for the past 25 years has been able to find and develop NFL talent at skill positions in high school players who were not heavily recruited and harvest local talent to put road grading offensive lines. Dayne, Monte Ball, Melvin Gordon, and now Taylor were not highly touted when they were being recruited but turned into stars. Russell Wilson was basically tossed away by NC State but shined in Madison. Alvarez created a formula of how to build a program and it is still working.
The Badgers have created problems for us more than once in Madison and here in Columbus. They did look very solid today.
Things have settled down in the first half, we have a sizeable lead at half time. Sorry to disappoint everyone. Fields has scored twice and post 4 passing TDS.
I decided to put on the UCF Pitt game and it's been all UCF since I turned it on. Just Pitt doing Pitt things.
I think Auburn just wrapped it up with a long drive to answer the A&M score. 28-10 with time getting short.
I didn't see the UM/Wisc game, but while I'm not surprised that Wisc won the game. I read that it's been a long time since UM has beaten them in Madison. But I was surprised that they got it to 35-0 at one point. Wisconsin likely to jump up to the top 10 or very close after the big win.
