Was gone a lot today and I see there was no discussion of Bama - Oklahoma.

Bama rushes to a 28-0 lead but the game ends 45-34 but Bama taking a knee on the Oklahoma 6.

Bama looks looks to me to be the most complete team very tough on both sides of the ball. Clemson won handily mostly on defense.

So we have another Bama - Clemson final. These two teams are the class of the field this year and you could make a case that the same has pretty much been true the last several years.

    Congratulations KP.

Bama and Clemson clearly the best 2 teams this year.

Thanks Bill. I knew this one was not over at the half. Murray came to his senses after the first quarter. I think the only saving grace was that he had to almost do it by himself and Alabama committed some of the stupidest penalties and very inopportune times. Tagavolua had a great day and the Alabama running backs were able to move the ball and score enough to counter Murray's efforts. The Oklahoma defense was not able to make enough stops to ever get back to even and the Alabama defense was able to do just enough to keep an 11 pt lead. A win is a win and now, we play another team that looks plays a lot like we do. Should be a good one.

I think OU showed that their offense was so good that they belonged in the CFP.... but still I have the feeling that Georgia was at least 4A. Congrats to Alabama for getting the job done and earning that 6 point favorite tag over Clemson.

Dave and Bill, Congratulations on that win over Michigan. I agree that Mullens appears to be a good hire and the Gators will be back in the thick of the race in the SEC moving forward.

Thank you Don..... it was a satisfying enjoyable way for the Gators to end Mullen's first season.
