Terry posted a link to how the coaches voted in the latest poll. If you analyze it you can see that there is some reginal bias involved. If you're Lloyd Carr you were hoping that the voting from your conference coaches could in some way balance out the voting of the SEC coaches. Imagine how Lloyd felt when he learned that Jim Tressell DID NOT VOTE! Now granted, he's in a rather difficult spot where he can be accused of trying to "hand pick" his opponent. At the same time, you just know that Carr is pissed.
    I'm lovin it.

Spurrier is a dishonest voter. His vote in no way reflects how he really feels about the talent of a team. He always is the voter with ND in the lowest position. Why? "Because I always move Notre Dame down a few spots."

Spurrier is also the boob who gives Duke the 25th spot in his pre-season poll every year. Duke hasn't won a football game since the Reagan administration yet they get his vote every August.

Here is a link to an interactive site that shows how the coaches voted.

Some interesting votes to say the least with the most interesting being Spurier's SEC voting patterns and Franchione's ranking of the Longhorns.
