Well... it's time for the Aggies to make a big road trip to Tuscaloosa.
Boy I wish this game was later in the year... we'd have a chance to really grow into all the new systems and roles.
Nothing like playing two top 5's in the first four weeks to "mature" a team!
I won't predict a win for my boys... not saying it can't happen, but I think right now we're a little over matched.
As one of the betting shows mentioned, the Ags are #18 in FPI, but Vegas still has us as a 26pt dog. That is a wow item, and a testament to how good Bama looks.

We've been pretty good in most phases of the game, except stopping the long pass.
Our secondary has had some issues, knowing when to look for the ball, and then making a play when it gets there.
Not a good thing considering how the Tide passing game has looked.
Our offense is NOTHING like that of last year (thank God!), and will hopefully present a lot of headaches for Nick's defense.

Jimbo is building something, but it's awful early to expect this one to go our way.
I just want my boys to compete hard, and leave it on the field.
For the last 5 or 6 years, that has been in doubt.
I don't think we'll worry about that this time.

Good luck kp, and let's both get out with no injuries.

Scott, agreed on all points. I don't think Alabama will cover the line. I think we win but we cannot afford lapses like the first play of the Ole Miss game. We are relatively healthy so that is good. Our linebacker play seems to be the weakest part of our game, so intermediate passes, especially over the middle work well against us. Otherwise, our db's seem to be maturing quickly. Offense is clicking right now so the A&M defense had better be ready. This could be a relatively higher point total than our last 3 games. A&M's performance against Clemson hopefully served as a wakeup for Alabama. Good luck and I too hope no injuries and a good old fashioned slugout!

Looking forward to this game. I haven't seen Tua since the Nat'l Championship game except in highlights. I was impressed with the improvement of Mond that I saw in the Clemson game and I think the Clemson defense is almost as good as Alabama or as good maybe.

Like with everything, we'll find out.
This should be a good one.

This was a good game. A&M did a good job of stopping our running game and Mond broke 2 or 3 longer runs that was troubling. They actually led in rushing yardage and time of possession. 2 turnovers hurt though. However, Tagovolua is special. He is a very accurate passer, very efficient at locating the open receiver, and running when needed. Also, I don't think we had any significant injuries.

Yeah at this point in time, I don't see much stopping Alabama.
