    Well we are done for the 1st half and the Dodgers have completed their rise from the ashes and stand in 1st place in the NLW, the Cubs are in 1st in the NLC and the Cardinals are out of the wild card for now and fired their manager.

    In the AL things have been more predictible,rSox in 1st, Cleveland in 1st, and the Astros in 1st.

    Yankee's pickup Zach Britton from the Orioles for 3 minor league prospects. Articles I've read say the Astros were also after him, we really need help in the BP while the Yankee's have one of the leagues best 'pens. So rich get richer.

    Bullpen is a major problem for the Astros. We have no designated closer, it's by committee and none of them are lights out like you would like to have. Still we've been able to cobble together the majors 2nd best record with this deficiency. At this point I am assuming the Astros are going to stand pat with their closer situation.
