Astros 2 YanKKKKKKKKKKKKKKee's 1 Sweet! Well played game, classic pitchers duel and some big plays like throwing out the Yankee at the plate that turned out to be huge. Jose Altuve 3 hits tonight..MVP!!

How about Justin Verlander, Jose Altuve, and Carlos Correa? For a series that was supposed to be Astros power vs Yankee power its been the exact opposite.

If you play Gary Sanchez behind the dish, sooner or later you will pay for it.

Astros really need to start hitting, both our wins were on the Pitching staff and we scratched out a enough runs to win, but make no mistake the Yankee pitching has dominated our hitters. Yankees found their mojo last night, now we need to find it.

Did Maddon ever get his meeting with Joe Torre over the whole catcher blocking the plate issue? He was pretty steamed up about that. I see that the Dodgers and Cubs are starting at 9PM Eastern today and tomorrow...have to stay up late if you want to watch the finish of those games. Will work out fine though for the West Coast Dodger fans.

Dodgers could get the broom out today...

Astros need a great effort from Dallas Keuchel, he's done well vs the Yankee's but my concern is 1) the Astros offense and 2) the bullpen which ruined a great pitching effort by Lance McCullers Jr yesterday. Keuchel might need to go 9 innings if he wants the win.

BTW that was quite a deal last night with Judge failing to touch 2nd base when returning to first base on the fly out. I didn't know that rule, and it was even odder when after listening to the Astros broadcasters say Judge was going to be ruled safe at first after being called out, but that if the Astros challenge the 2nd base miss he'll be out. Then they explained that before the Astros could challenge McCullers had to take the mound and face the battter, then step off the mound and throw it to 2nd base and then they could challenge....then when McCullers does that Judge breaks for 2nd in a steal attempt, which they said was a brilliant move and if he'd caught the Astros off guard and made it then there could be no challenge. ...luckily the Astros easily got him out stealing.

If Wood is still pitching when that snarky, classless, ******* disrespectful food blister Baez gets up again, he needs to throw at that fucksticks head until he's lucky enough to hit that pig in a human suit dead square between the headlights of his pinhead grape.
