Not sure how much of that is aTm or UCLA looking shell chocked because of mistakes. I waffled on this game 3 times with the last change being to aTm about an hour before kick off.

I think it just became obvious it is a little of both... aTm taking it to a shell shocked UCLA team!

Great game so far by the Aggies. I didn't see this coming, I thought it would be a tight game that could go either way.

Maybe someone told Jim that he could be replaced. UCLA impressive late in the game. Now only down by 6 points with less than 3 minutes left.

I guess it is not Jim that has to worry about his job tonight. That was one of the worst meltdowns I have ever seen.

<t>I gave up on this game and figured T A&M had it going away. Watched the end of WV/VT and still didn't realize UCLA had won till I happened on ESPN later and couldn't believe it?</t>

    Chosen Rosen> Mora the moron

UCLA looked horrendously coached, but they had the best player on the field. UCLA finally figured out how to protect him and A&M couldn't stop him. Of course, I don't think any rational examination of this game doesn't give a nod to the fact A&M lost their starting QB.

Both coaches should be **** canned. Both programs deserve better.

But as JOCO said, don't ever get in a shoot out with a P12 team.

I'm like Tim, watching WV and VT and saw the score and was stunned.

Wonder what this means for Sumlin's future.

I'm fine folks... but thanks for asking.

I actually didn't watch the game last night.
I had one last opportunity to hog hunt this year, so I took it with intentions of watching the game on replay.
Coming home, I couldn't stand it so popped up my Aggie website, and saw all the comments.
I figured we must've been drubbed 50-0 from what I saw.

Then I got home and checked the score and was really confused.

Watching the highlights, I began to figure it out. No one likes to second guess their coach more than Aggie fans, and unfortunately he gave us a lot to guess about.

Probably the biggest item was the QB situation. The starter is playing well, why did you pull him to put in the true fish? You not only destroyed the rhythm the team had, but also created a QB problem that wasn't there before.
But even so... if Starkel doesn't get hurt, I suspect we win this game.

To answer JO'Co: You can't have a shoot out if one team loses their gunslinger, and we did.

I'm not nearly as grouchy as a lot of my fellow fans... If Starkel's injury is bad we do have issues, cuz the offense is not the same. If not... well this ship hasn't sunk yet. There are 11 more games, and I'm not conceding any of them.

As a little salt him my wounds, we struck out on the hogs.
Chose the spot that had been good to us before, and didn't even see a varmint.
Not sure if the near full moon screwed things up or what.

To make matters even worse, I've seen an unconfirmed injury report for the Aggies and it is NOT good.

QB Starkel with a broken ankle... probably gone for season.
Starting safety Donovan Wilson with a broken foot.
RB Keith Ford with sprained ankle.
