    I'm pretty surprised at a College Pres commenting like this ... not that I disagree with they do deserve penalty's but death penalty. Nope.

    If Baylor did not get the death penalty for their basketball and more recent football scandals and PSU avoided the penalty, don't think NC will be going to the gallows.
