    Well at least according to this guys logic (?). It's a "tournament" of some of the top teams of all-time where he gets to define the logic and outcomes of the games. He's also promoting a book on the 50 Greatest Football Teams of All-Time (college).

    1924 ND ( weren't actually the Irish back then) defeated 1965 Mich State for the title.

    Yes, I recall sitting in the stands with about 100 other fans. The lads were a competitive lot. They ran the ball with great effort and tackled with fierce intent. They truly were a great team, one of my all-time favorites.

    P.S. Admission was free. :D
