Yesterday was the 75th anniv....it's a long time in the past now and there are fewer and fewer people around who were alive when it happened. It seems like it's fading as a living American Event because it's history to many american's. I wonder how many under 30 if you asked them to name the month/day/year for Pearl Harbor could do it? I'll bet it's way less than those of us over 50. But I guess this is the way things are, History is real to those who experienced it, but fades as that group dies off. Gettysburg, I couldn't give you the m/d/y for that. Surrender at Appomatox, Yorktown, etc same. I know about them as events but can't really put a particular time on them We all know the 4th of July, sure...again how many Jay Walk All-Stars could come up with the year.
If you watch the Jesse Watters street interviews on FOX you know that most young people can't name the town they are standing in. Most think the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor.
:!:   The new leader of the Democratic Party believes that the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor. He is Congressman Keith Ellison. He a black Muslim, a far lefty and he's the new chairman of the DNC... <iframe width="692" height="450" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/xON45yeObBk" frameborder="0"></iframe>
