    The bottom line is that the Federal Appeals Court said that sports discipline when agreed to by both the union and owners belongs in the purview of the league commissioner. They don't want prima donna athletes and their agents running to the courts every time they get suspended. If he took his medicine last year he'd be looking forward to starting the season in Sept. Instead he can sit.
