The state of Fla has been very good to ND when it comes to OL's recently. Sam Young is a starter this year and doing great, Dan Wenger is redshirting due to an injury and will be a big contributor next year.

    Welcome to Notre Dame Emeka!!

    Outstanding.....

<t>With the numbers we signed on the O-Line last year and commits so far that side of the ball looks to be in good shape for the future. What concerns me is not getting some numbers on the D-Line so far. That just has to happen this year.</t>

I saw somewhere today that we have stopped recruiting the Barksdale kid. a DT from MI, and are directing our attention to other DT prospects. I don't follow recruiting so I don't know if this is good or bad. Just thought I'd pass it along.

I've seen that as well. I don't know what to make of Barksdale, he seems to really enjoy the whole process of recruiting and is playing the game to the hilt. I am just guessing that Charlie probably felt that he was just using the Irish and had no intention of comming to ND. That's how Mack Brown felt when he dropped him.

    Well...

<t>Sorry to hear that on Barksdale as he was a hope for me to help fix our line problems. Have to trust CW on this one but at the same time he better land some D-Line prospects that have some size and can move.</t>

Rumours are that Greg Little, the 6'4" 210lb WR from North Carolina will annouce his intentions to attend ND tomorrow. He was supposedly going to do this a couple of weeks ago and had a press conference at his school but instead he only said it was down to UNC and ND. He was at ND for the UNC/ND game.

    He's a good'un. I hope the rumours are true. :)
