The name of the Syrian political refugee who was the biological father of one of the most creative geniuses of our time.... Steve Jobs. Jobs may not have been a likable figure..... but there's no denying his personal contribution to the world. Just sayin.....
The guy's full name was Abdul Fattah Jandali. He knocked up Job's Catholic mother and then left her before Jobs was born. His mother put him up for adoption (getting no support from Jandali) and he eventually was adopted by a couple named Jobs. This is how he referred to his biological parents: “They were my sperm and egg bank. That’s not harsh, it’s just the way it was, a sperm bank thing, nothing more.”
And I'd also challenge the contribution he made. There's a big difference between doing something, and taking credit for something done. Jobs was the master of the latter.
As the original inventor and later on the leader of Apple innovations and technology isn't it hard not to give this guy some credit?
