Either that didn't sit well with Allen, or things weren't happening fast enough to fix an obviously broken offense. In any case... we are back to a shortage of QB's... with only Kyler Murray and Jake Hubenak on scholarship.

Terry, That's probably part of it but my guys suggest this is full confirmation that Spav will not be retained. Kyle was a Spav recruit and likes him a lot. Rumor says KA is considering OU?
Here's what I don't get. If Kyle is a huge fan of Jake Spavital and doesn't want to stay in College Station if he's going to be fired, then what does the kid not see that every Texas Aggie can see about Spavital? I mean is this just blind loyalty? You have said several times that Allen doesn't fit the Spavital offense, not a good enough runner which is why Murray is a good fit. Allen can't see that he's not a fit or that Spavital is a terrible OCoord.
