In sports gambling a teaser is where you add 6 points to either team vs. the spread. For instance...take three underdogs in the SEC this week and ponder the addition of the 6 point teaser:

    Alabama getting 16 1/2 vs. LSU plus 6 = Bama + 22 1/2

    Tenn getting 5 1/2 vs Ark plus 6 = Tenn + 11 1/2

    Ga getting 13 1/2 vs Aub plus 6 = Ga + 19 1/2

I ask you experts here....doesn't all of that sound too good to be true?

Absolutely, there is no way that any of those favorites will cover the teased up spreads, and I think the underdogs look pretty good with just the regualar spread.

Georgia could easily lose by 20 points.

Tailback there are rumours that Georgia is going to replace the Oregon State game with either Texas or Texas A&M. Have you heard anything about this? Texas has not filled it's opening game of the season next year as yet.

No I haven't heard that. They would be nuts to schedule either. UGA will only return 2 starters on OL and have "ZERO OT's" in the pipeline. If it were up to me I would fire Mark Richt.

Richt must have read the book by Willingham "How to Recruit a Losing Program while Keeping you Golf Handicap in Single Digits."

I don't have the rankings at hand, but my memory is that since Richt has taken over at Georgia that he has had nothing but full classes and top 10 ranked classes. Of course how you fill those classes is important, and as Gip knows Willingham left us with very few OL's. He had one class where he only recruited 1 OL. Mack Brown always has 3 or 4 OL's in every class.
