Florida-Georgia is without a doubt the biggest game of the year for every Florida fan and I suspect for every Georgia fan as well. Florida ( 12) and Georgia ( 7) have won 19 of the 28 SEC East Championships since the league split into two divisions and so often in those 19 years this game was key to the winner marching on to Atlanta. This is one of those years as Fla can almost wrap up the East Championship with a win over Georgia and the Dawgs can get right back in it with a win over UF. Stress and anticipation plus excitement is what the prelude to this game brings to me as since Jacksonville is my hometown where I grew up my history with the game goes way back... all the way back to my first in attendance when Steve Spurrier played as a senior QB for Florida in his Heisman year and was beaten by the Dawgs.... again. This year.... I like what coach Mac has done at UF....I do think some sorely missing consistency and confidence has returned to Florida and therefore I think the new Georgia Qb that is supposed to start may find some rough going against the Florida defense. I sense a low scoring dawgfight.... UF 17 Georgia 13.
Georgia better have figured out something on offense, or they won't score a point against the Gator defense.
