    There are a lot of 1 loss teams who have big games today.

    Texas vs Oklahoma State: Cowboys seem to be a hot team right now.

    Texas A&M vs OU: OU seems to have found a RB and Paul Thompson has settled in at QB: But it's at College Station.

    Tenn vs LSU: Will Eric Ainge play and/or be effective.

    Arkansas vs So. Carolina: Road game for the Porkers. Lou picks the Gamecocks.

    UCLA vs CAL: UCLA after a tremendous defensive performance vs the Irish couldn't get it going vs Wazzu. But they are still a dangerous team.

    Fla vs Vandy: SEC guys are always talking about how tough it is to win on the road, and Vandy might have some motivation after geting screwed over by the refs down in Gainesville last year. Vandy did beat Georgia..but everybody is beating Georgia these days.

    Lou is a clown. Sorry guys but he picks SC every year to beat UGA and never gives an explanation as to why he was wrong. The guy disrespects players by intentionally mispronouncing their names. He knows who DJ Shockley is. Why call him JD Stokeley? Take Arkansas.

    Terry, One bad season for UGA and you refer to 1 loss to Vandy as everybody beats UGA these days? How about every team that UGA plays can beat them this season? Anyway, Take Ky.

    Truthfully... Next season looks bleak as well.

    Colorado should have beaten UGA, and Ole Miss and Miss State two of the SEC's worst teams should have beaten the 'Dawgs this year. It's a good thing you had W.Kentucky, UAB and So. Car on the schedule. Personally I don't understand how you guys aren't great this year. Richt has recruited extremely well his entire tenure at UGA, you are stocked to the hilt with top rated players. I can sort of understand offensive problems with the QB injuries and all, but your defense doesn't seem to be up to the past teams either. Dawgs just aren't good this year and are a good bet to lose every game left on their schedule, probably won't but they could.

    Terry, I agree with you but you said everybody is beating UGA these days. Not true. Richt has done a pitiful job. It will be scary next season. UGA doesn't have a OT in the system after this uears SR's leave. We in trouble!

    Michigan squeaks by Ball State....doesn't matter really they don't need any style points. They could play horrible in all the games leading up to OSU and they wouldn't lose any traction in the BCS.

    Glad to see the Fridge put another L on the Tommy Bowden.. The Bowdens are all a bunch of cheatin' fruads.

    Ball State puts an end to the Michigan losing to OSU and getting a second chance scenario.

    Gators struggle past Vandy. Nobody in the top 10 so far is really showing themselves.

    Kentucky beat Georgia, they are worse than I thought..maybe they will lose all the rest of their games. I didn't really think it was possible, just that they were capable of losing them all. Now they might just tank the rest of the season. I wonder whats going on down there?

    Terry, I've told you all season Richt ain't got it. He lived on his past DC. I believe the players have bailed on him. Plus they're not very good. If I had my way Richt would be fired.

    Irish struggling with UNC. It's become a shootout. The ACC crew is allowing holding by UNC big time and the ND Dbs are getting toasted.

    It's embarassing to see our dbs play so poorly.

    I want to hurl..............

    <t>Watching Lambert and Z get beat play after play against JOE DAILEY. This guy set records at Nebraska for turnovers and he looks like Montana today. Sorry but I don't want to hear Weis tell me the defense played well again today. Lambert is doing his best Cliff Highway 15 Jefferson imitation today. Anyone realize how bad NC is as a football team?<br/>
    <br/>
    Thanks Quinn for keeping us in the game as I'm beyond embarrassed at the teams performance today. Amazing.</t>

    Irish came out and looked agressive on D like they were going to run UNC out of the stadium on defense alone. I don't know what happened, but we go conservative after the first couple series and they started to get some traction. Plus the type of QB who gives us problems is a mobile qb who can make the move in the pocket. Dailey is doing that, slipping the rush and making the throws.

    Terry...

    <t>I repeat do you realize how bad NC is? Dailey is a joke all weeks but today. Don't want to beat a dead horse but this club has serious defensive problems and the secondary is a sieve. <br/>
    <br/>
    Again, thanks Brady and the O for masking an ugly day for the defense. I notice I'mnot alone in this opinion reading the other Irish boards.</t>

    Looks like the "dogs day afternoon today.

    Re: SEC refs.....it's amazing that Tenn is so obviously the most disciplined team in the conference at home. They never get penalized at Neyland...witness LSU 9 penalties and Tenn 0.

    Then there was the "touch" on the punt that wasn't called and if so LSU was up 14-0.

    Gettin a load of that ACC crew over in S. Bend eh? Nice bunch.... whaddya think?

    We could actually drop a spot with this win. Lambert is in flames... he is being medivac'ed to a burn unit as we speak.

    Brady Quinn had a great game, he is one tough dude. If he had really good OL in front of him it would be interesting how good a season he would be having. He gets sacked and has taken some brutal hits this year. In this game alone there were 2 hits, one out of bounds, that he took that he just bounced right back up.

    There's no better QB in college football than Brady Quinn.
