Is anyone using Firefox to log onto The Skybox?

I must be missing some setting that is required. I enter my user name and password but it does not log me in. I do the same with IE and it works.

The Skybox is the only page that this occurs so it is the only reason for me to open IE.

    Tom,

I don't use Firefox. I use Google Chrome. I've never had a problem with Skybox, but a similar thing happened to me when accessing a particular newspaper (my old hometown Ft. Wayne newspaper e-site). I could access it just fine on IE but not on Google. Eventually, after 2-3 months, the problem went away with no explanation. I know this isn't much help, but maybe there is something about your problem related to the differences among the different providers.

P.S. If it isn't evident above, I should confirm that I am techno ignorant. :?

    Tom,

I used Firefox for quite a while and never had a problem. I switched over to Chrome a few years ago so it's possible something has changed.
I can't imagine what setting would block you from the site.
Maybe you accidentally put Skybox on a blocked list with it?

My school district told us last year NOT to use Firefox. Apparently there are major issues with our new software and Firefox. We were told to use either Safari or Google Chrome.

On this computer (home) I still use Microsoft.

I use both FireFox and Chrome. Haven't been having problems with either one on this site.

Firefox at home; Chrome at office; Safari on iPad...all seem to work fine.
