Torrential rains recently here in Columbus Ohio have caused numerous problems. http://www.elevenwarriors.com/ohio-state-football/2015/06/55001/photo-a-pipe-burst-in-urban-meyers-mansion-flooding-his-basement Too bad they did not install sump pumps?
That's a familiar scene to me, I had a pipe burst in my ceiling in my living room. No standing water since it happened at night and I heard the water running and got out of bed to check out what was going on and squish, squish ,squish...yikes. Went out and shut off the water to the house. But I'm still dealing with the reconstruction. So much water damage in the Houston area I've had carpet on order for nearly a month now. ServPro actually answered their phone in the middle of the night and had somebody at my house at 5AM to start remediation. Not fun.
Nah..I've played golf with the gipper a couple of times, he was a wizzard in getting up and down! Not that he needed to do that very much!
But back to Urban, what ever happened to the guy who parked in his spot? Urban blocked him with his car, did they find out who it was eventually?
Looks like one of Woody's former assistant coaches is also dealing with some nasty home damage: http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/college/lou-holtz-florida-home-wrecked-lightning-strike-article-1.2267950
Looks like Holtz's residence suffered much more damage. Lightning can be a killer in more ways than one.
Lou hasn't responded to my offer. He if you like lightning central Florida is the place to be. The see breezes from the Atlantic collide with the sea breezes from the Gulf and the storms begin.
