I haven't actually seen anybody wearing one. I would have thought by now that one of my patients would have come in with one on, or I would see one on somebody in the store. My golf buddies are all too cheap to buy one, hell you have to drag them away from trying to get balls out of the water hazzards to speed up play. Anybody here actually own one or know somebody who owns one? Sid probably has one. I wonder if they are allowed in the Villages?
Nope. I don't have one and don't intend to get one. I think I've reached the limit of my tech toys with my iphone 5s. I might get a tablet sometime down the line, but that would be it.
Except of tee times there's not much need for watches in The Villages. Seems everyone instinctively know when happy hour starts. We do have a clock that tells us what day it is. If there's no mail and the NFL is on, it must be Sunday.
