The college football season is over. We still have the basketball tournament coming up but for the next few months, not much happening. It's that time of the year when the players get in trouble and we get in stupid arguments. 8)

I don't think either of you know what you're talking about. And your teams suck.

I can't recall where I saw this so I apologize if it's already been posted here.
Saturday mornings in the fall will be a little different next season

it's just my opinion (which I'm never shy expressing  ), but I don't think that either Fowler or Davis are big time TV guys. Nevertheless, they're the best ESPN has to offer. Both rose to their current positions at ESPN by being more than sportscasters, by opining on everything under the sun, regardless of how inappropriate their timing might be. Both are ESPN sycophants who are sure to follow the required company script, whatever it might be. Again IMO, Fowler's play-by-play is droll, monotonous, and lacks energy. Davis not so much but still not interesting to listen to for me.

ESPN may be a leader in sports, but they sure have fumbled the ball in college football. Just my opinion.

    Ralph,

Women's pole-vaulting is another sport that can chase away the football off season blues:

Bobda I really appreciate women athletes who know how to warm up properly for their event.
