EDDLEMAN!!! About 6-8 weeks ago I told my people "One of these days Eddleman will take a pitchout and throw a TD pass"!! Bill was indeed saving it for just the right moment!!! Eddleman was a quarterback at Kent State. As long as he plays...mabe 10 more years, he will never be able to use that play again!! BRADY all time leader in TD passes in playoffs...passes Montana!!!
Brady and the boys are big time. Speaking of that, the Seahawks made it look easier than it was against the Panthers.
When behind 28-14 midway through Q3, Belicek probably gazed across the field at #5 and thought " we have hope ".
I guess that was a good review, looked like a great play by Dez .. Too bad he didn't just focus on holding on rather than stretching for the score.
If he just falls down with the ball, it's a catch. I didn't think that call was any worse than the imaginary defensive holding that set the Cowboys up for a TD, or any of the non-calls on offensive holding that prevented Daniels from having numerous sacks of Romo or TFL on Murray. Two great teams with kinda suspect officiating.
I see that the Cowboys lost to the Pack. I didn't watch one second of NFL football this weekend and quite frankly, I couldn't care less. Sounds like it might have been one of those games decided not by the players but by the officials. Way too much of that crap in the NFL.
I love Peyton Manning, but he has no arm strength left. Unless he's injured in some unknown or unreported manner and will be stronger next year...he should retire. Congrats though to the Colts, the torch has been passed, Andrew Luck has no problem with arm strength. Congrats to the Packers, Aaron Rogers, along with Manning and Wilson are amongst my favorite non-Texans.
Peyton is one of the greatest QB's of all time. And he has always handled himself with grace and class. He will be missed, but it is likely time for him to retire.
Is it just me or are we seeing Golden Joe in more TV commercials than ever before? He's in a Papa Johns with Peyton and he does that 5 rings thing with the 3 guys who were Heisman Winners...I forget the product.
Bills hire Rex Ryan. I can't decide if Ryan is a good coach or not, there were clearly some questionable moves by the Jet's front office that seemed to kill the team. Esp bringing in Tim Tebow when clearly Ryan wanted no part of him.
With due respect to Terry, here in Indy if I hear or read the words "passing of the torch" one more time, I'm going to scream.
Well it turns out that Peyton was playing the last month of the season with a significant injury that would account for his sudden lack of abilty to deliver the ball down field. --------------------------------------------------------------- Manning has a torn rectus femoris, one of the four muscles that make up the quadriceps. The affected muscle runs from the pelvis to its attachment just below the knee. The bruising from the injury was so severe, it had spread to the back of his leg, a source with knowledge of the injury told ESPN. Broncos doctors knew about the injury, and Manning did what he could to intentionally conceal the injury from as many people as possible, sources said. Manning had been listed on each of Denver's injury reports following the Dec. 14 game as having an injured thigh. Listing the severity on the report is not required
