Pretty interesting list on USAToday. This one caught my eye. 3: Number of undefeated teams in college football history that have scored more than 630 points: Florida State in 2013, Texas in 2005, Nebraska in 1995. 100 days/100 facts
And I still have bad memories about that 1995 team listed in #3. Hey the thing about #3 is that Nebraska made that list playing less games than the other two teams.
And you know what the funny thing is Bill?....ever since Osborne left and the running game was replaced with a "Balanced Attack", we've never come close to that number.
That's true AJ but we don't know how that offense would fare today either. Defensive coordinators have a way of catching up with an offense then the offense evolves and the cycle continues. That several year run by Nebraska in the 90's was phenomenal and the linemen had a lot to do with the success.
Florida is somewhat irrelevant right now in the college football world.....and that is what will get Muschamp fired quicker than anything else. Heck.... I guess we're just a basketball school....
MCG, I don't think this list of 100 has a lot to do with whether Muschamp gets fired or not. Having said that, I expect him to survive and thrive in the long run.
Bill.... don't ya know that when I say something like Florida is irrelevant that it's just code for I think Florida is the greatest and best.... 8)
