They beat them pretty good also...by 21....and McDermott passed Larry Bird on the All Time scoring list...

Creighton is starting to make a name for themselves...kinda like a new "Duke" of the Midwest. Private Univ....Jesuit School...Medical and Dental School...Uses the Brand new Century Link Center as it home court....located in the heart of Downtown Omaha.....should have great recruiting the next few years depending on what kind of season they end up with this year.

Doc will like this one...my Bro in Law graduated from there....he's a Dentist up in Rapid City SD...just thought I'd throw that out there.

    And....Well see my next post....

You have a BIL who's a dentist in South Dakota? I've heard there are a lot ot opportunities to make some good money as a dentist in the Dakota's with the ramp up in the Oil Business in the region. All those farmers are now millionaires and want to get new teeth! I've seen ads in the journals for positions up there, and it's tempting but the weather...don't know if I'd last a whole winter.

I don't know much about Creighton, but the Jesuits usually have excellent schools. I'm sort of surprised that their dental school has stayed open not a lot of private dental schools have made it since I graduated. Georgetown which had a large school closed. Seems that dental schools draw a lot of resources and don't bring in much in terms of donations. Rich people don't go to dental schools for care and get all gushy and leave their estates in memory of their molars. :)
