    As it says on the site, I'm thinking of dropping everyone's worst week at the end. Anyone opposed??

    I was on vacation in Croatia on the week I missed my picks where the hotel's internet service consisted of one ill tempered pigeon. I think that my picks for that week ended up on the menu under the heading "chicken dumplings".

    If the idea is for people who miss a week for whatever reason to not be completely out of it ... how about a one time use of 'if you miss a week completely, you get the points of the lowest scoring person who got all their picks in'.

    What has been done in past contests was to give the lowest points scored minus 10 to anyone not making picks that week. I can't remember if that was a one time thing or two times with three strikes and you're out.

    I think that Cindy has been talking to Scott. She is six points behind me. If we drop our worst week, she will only be 3 points behind me. That woman will stoop so low to beat me any way she can! :?

    Has anyone noticed how the Moderators are spaced apart?

    Terry O’Keefe, the one with the voice activated computer system that types for him while he performs his oral magic, is on top with 533 points.

    Exactly 20 points behind him is Tennessee Tom at 513 points.

    Pulling up the rear (where I stayed most of last year) is Gator Bill with exactly 20 points less than TT at 493.

    I might not be able to win the whole thing this year but I am aiming for the top of the moderators! I broke into the top 10 at number 9 and have a head of steam! Look out O’Keefe… I’m headed your way!

    Tom is right - in the past we would give you 10 points less than the worst score for the week you missed.
    We can continue with that, if everyone agrees (which it seems they do).
