    Geeeezus.......

I go away for a few days and the clowns have taken over the circus. I've had no TV or phone or internet or newspaper for days. I just got my computer hooked up and what do I discover? The Cards have my Dodgers down 3-1, but that's not a shock. The Cards are a good outfit. What I refuse to believe is that Big Game Bob struck again and somehow Oklahoma lost to Texas. That I refuse to believe...

Speaking of the Dodgers, I don't know how to say this, Jim, but they have a big problem. Why do I say this? I was shocked last night to see Carlos Marmol walk out of the bullpen in the 9th inning. He couldn't make it as a closer for the Cubs. THE CUBS! Why the Dodgers chose to sign him is a mystery. He didn't give up any runs, but just having him on the roster can't be a good thing. You should hope he doesn't come into the game at a crucial time in Game 5 or beyond.

I hope your move went well.

Technically, Texas whipped Oklahoma. Just wanted to clarify that.

Missouri beat Georgia. Stanford lost to Utah. There were a lot of people kneecapped this weekend.
