Time for Tennessee Tom to get a leg up on the competition in the pick 'em contest. Tennessee will wear the new Gray unis... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/CeBlMaH9y50" frameborder="0"></iframe> To explain the Charlie Daniel comic, North Georgia has been in a dispute over water rights with Tennessee in the Southeast corner of Tennessee for years.
It has been reported that Peterman broke his hand in the Florida game and continued to play without complaining to the coaching staff. When it became known, he was pulled. This hopefully explains his sub-par success. UT quarterback Nathan Peterman out at least 4 weeks with broken hand
I don't know why, but I have this feeling about this game. If you don't turn it over, UGa just might stumble up a bit and keep this interesting.
Looks grim for the Vols vs UGA. I wonder where Rodney is these days, remember his irrational hate for Casey Clausen?
Rodney is alive and well on Facebook. Not much of a sports fan anymore except where it involves his kid.
Thanks Bill. Don't expect our anemic offense to improve enough to even make it close. If we do win, it will be a low scoring defensive struggle.
No offense to Tom, but I expect UGA to run over the Vols like a freight train over a penny. Corey could be right, but I just don't see it. Not against a school that has traditionally been a tough out. You overlook directionals... not Tenn. I know it's Richt, but this ain't Clemson!
No Dave, it's a Georgia thing in that they have a way of losing games they should win regardless of where they fall on the schedule. Sometimes, they are total no shows (even in games that are suppose to be close). It's just a Georgia thing.. Kinda like 'Clemsoning' it, but with a bit more subtlety.
No offense Tom, but Georgia is not suffering from a hangover and looks like the King of the East in the SEC no matter anyone's wishful thinking...
Well don't look now but Tenn has just tied UGA with a blocked punt for a TD. Ole MO is 100% with the Vols right now. The Place is rockin'
Great game.... exciting to hear that Vol crowd go off when it's not Florida they are going off against. The Vols are example one why there are not too many Saturdays off in the SEC. They haven't beat a ranked team since Fulmer was coach but they were given some life in this game by a battered and tattered Georgia team fresh off their nail biter with LSU last week and we got ourselves a ballgame here folks!! For only the second time in my life ( first being against FSU in 1998 )..... I am saying.... GO VOLS!!
OMG, Tenn RB loses ball reaching for the goal line for the TD, ball goes to UGA who just needs a FG now to get the win. You have to feel bad for that Vol RB, he was giving it his all.
