Leach is one weird guy, there was a big write up on him last year in the NYT or the WSJ I forget which. But the most significant thing I found out is that he doesn't really have a playbook, if you ever watch him on the sidelines he never has one of those laminated playsheets that have become the standard for play callers. He's got everything on a wadded up piece of paper. He's a perfect fit for Texas Tech. He'd never survive at a place like Texas or Texas A&M, or Notre Dame, or any SEC school. If he somebody lures him out of Lubbutt for a big time school he'll fail. Terry
