That is Capitol of Texas Highway coming up on the famed 360 bridge (shown in the background in this picture) There were a total of 4 passes in the complete video, two by each car. I am going to have a word with Dennis on his choice of clips. 8) I prefer to advertise the second picture!
Of course, I have to give her props. She did catch me in her mirror on a hill country cruise. Actually, her passenger got this while she was driving. We had a race car running middle of the pack and I was behind the race car.
I will say two things about racing history with Cindy: 1) In drag racing, Cindy is progressing and when she gets more time on the tree, she will start turning on the win light. 2) When it comes to the twisties of Autocross, an old NASCAR saying comes to mind... "She is so far behind, she is in front." the only time I woud be in her mirror would be when she is about to be lapped. 8) The last time we were at San Antonio Raceway, the guy staging the cars poked his head in my passenger window and asked why Cindy and i were not running against each other. I told him that she was tired of losing and was beating up on the rest of the club that was there that night. The rest of the club was not allowed to run me until they beat Cindy. It took one guy 8 tries, but he finally beat her. He won the right to get murdered at the tree by my best reaction time of the night. 0.0061 seconds and wound up tripping the lights more than 1 second ahead of him. (Sorry for the light type on the time slip) He saw my backup camera on while in drive and inquired why. I told him that it was the only way for me to get a good look at the competition! I was undefeated that night with wins against mustangs, corvettes, a tricked out Cummins diesel truck, and a 2010 SRT Challenger (the guy from the club) 8)
