Indiana is doing great representing the B1G Ten in the Super Regionals! They now have a one game lead over FSU on the road no less.

Glad they won... that kid would NEVER get over that if FSU had tied it up because of that unearned run...

Indiana eliminates FSU 11-6. Nice to have a six run cushion gong into the final inning! Congratulations to the Hoosiers.

First time since 1984 a Big10 team goes to Omaha. Last time was Michigan with Berry Larkin. Go Hoosiers!

Who was the last midwestern team to go into Talleyville in a Super Regional and take down the 'Noles on the way to the CWS? Extra points if you can name the coach and at least 1 player!

Nah Counsell was in the bigs from 1997 on....

That team had some really good players...Coach was recruiting very well and we were regulars in the College Playoffs.

Steve Stanley, Scott Sollmann, and a bunch of others. We'd lost Aaron Heilman from the year before to the MLB draft but J.P.Gagne and some young guys like John Axford were able to make up the difference.

I laid an egg on my Counsell guess, but I wasn't going to look it up. After you named several of the players, it came back to me.
