MSNBC Caught Blatantly Lying, Claims Biden’s Remarks On Benghazi Deaths Were About Gun Control… <iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Dp_CsO-zuak?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0"></iframe> Pathetic. Via NRO: MSNBC’s Thomas Roberts used a portion of Joe Biden’s speech at the dedication of a plaque recognizing the Americans lost in the Benghazi attack in order to make the case for gun control. Biden spoke about the risks State Department employees encounter overseas and the sacrifices families make: “No child should predecease their parents and noone should have to suffer the loss of their spouse, it’s not easy,” he said. Replaying those remarks, Roberts claimed Biden was mourning “children as the victims of gun violence” noted that the vice president is set to make a new push for gun control. http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/347321/msnbc-spins-bidens-benghazi-plaque-dedication-remarks-push-gun-control
Is this the same god damned idiot who suggested that if you hear noise outside your home you simply open the door and "fire two blasts from your shotgun" to discourage possible intruders?
Hollywood Lib Robert Redford’s Sympathetic Movie On Left-Wing Terrorist Group Weather Underground Bombs At The Box Office… Feel good story of the day. Via Hot Air: You have to feel a little sorry for Robert Redford, don’t you? He just released a feature film asking audiences to reconsider their harsh feelings about the Weather Underground, which set off bombs, killed police officers, and robbed banks for more than a decade of domestic terrorism, but who were just misunderstood people acting on their deeply-held beliefs about justice. Unfortunately for Redford, a couple of misunderstood kids did the same thing at the Boston Marathon ten days after the film opened. So far, Redford’s paean to leftist terrorists and murders has grossed only $3.5 million since its limited April 5th opening, and in the last two weeks, its wide distribution has only made $1.9 million: • Week 4, 807 screens: $1429 per screen (drop of 69.8%) • Week 5, 541 screens: $1436 per screen http://hotair.com/archives/2013/05/06/video-mattera-and-redford-go-sundancing-over-the-company-you-keep/

Benghazi Whistleblower’s Attorney Reports CBS Spiked The Information That Whistleblower Was A Democrat <iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/eIsB9QnewUg?feature=player_detailpage" frameborder="0"></iframe> Probably just an accident… Via Newsbusters: If you were a journalist reporting on Benghazi whistleblower Gregory Hicks, wouldn’t you find it interesting that he was a Democrat who voted for Barack Obama twice? Someone at NBC News didn’t according to Hicks’s attorney Victoria Toensing who disclosed the spike job to NewsMax host Steve Malzberg on WMAL radio Saturday VICTORIA TOENSING: By the way, Mr. Hicks is a Democrat. He voted for Hillary – I’ve yet to announce this – he voted for Hillary in the primary and Obama twice. You know what? NBC spiked the story where I told it before the hearings. It’s just amazing what the press is still trying to do to cover this up…So they try to make this partisan because of the lawyer. Well I’m not the messenger, he’s the messenger…The modus operandi, you know, to find anything they can do to just attack. So why wouldn’t NBC News report this? Toensing told Malzberg by phone Sunday that she said this to Lisa Myers for a story that NBC was going to run Wednesday the day Hicks testified before Congress. Sadly, it never got aired. Yet when it was revealed Friday that the Internal Revenue Service had targeted conservative groups prior to the November election, the press went out of its way to report that former Commissioner Douglas Shulman was appointed by George W. Bush. As NewsBusters readers know, the media oftentimes only divulge Party affiliation when it fits their agenda. *****Update: Myers appeared on Thursday’s Today show and Thursday’s Hardball both times discussing Benghazi and Hicks without mentioning his Party affiliation or that he had twice voted for Obama.
No wonder the dolts that follow the left hate Fox news. They prefer to live in the land of the lie and coverup.
White House Propaganda Minister Jay Carney Asked About DOJ Seizing AP Phone Records: “No Comment” – Update: Releases Statement Saying WH Had “No Knowledge” Of DOJ Seizing AP Records… Carney must be on suicide watch. Via TPM: White House press secretary Jay Carney on Monday had no comment when asked about an Associated Press report revealing that the Department of Justice secretly obtained two months of telephone records from reporters and editors employed at the international news agency in April and May of 2012. In New York City for a fundraiser headlining President Barack Obama, Carney referred reporters’ questions to the Department of Justice, according to a pool report. Update: Someone at the DOJ is going under the bus. (Politico) — The White House has “no knowledge” of the Justice Department’s efforts to obtain phone records of Associated Press reporters and editors, press secretary Jay Carney said Monday. “Other than press reports, we have no knowledge of any attempt by the Justice Department to seek phone records of the AP,” he said in a statement. “We are not involved in decisions made in connection with criminal investigations, as those matters are handled independently by the Justice Department,” he added. “Any questions about an ongoing criminal investigation should be directed to the Department of Justice.” A Justice Department spokeswoman referred a request for comment to Bill Miller, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Washington, which is conducting a probe on the leaking of information about Syria to the AP.
Every time Carney talks, he's saying "Obama had no knowledge". This administration seems to have no knowledge of almost everything (Fast & Furious, Benghazi, AP phone records, IRS injustice to name a few). Good God, who's running this outfit if they truly don't know these things??? It appears they would rather look incompetent in all things than culpable, although in the end it appears they were both.
In Obama's defense, he never really gets very involved in that government thing. He's too busy playing golf and traveling around the country fundraising. When he's at the White House he's either enjoying some concert with his show business friends or welcoming some championship team in the Rose Garden. While the consulate in Benghazi was still burning, he was in bed resting up for his fundraising trip the following day.
No Mention Of Scandals On ABC and NBC, Only Briefest Of Items On CBS; Plenty Of Time To Talk About Obama’s Prom Pic From 1979 Tactic #23 – Truck out all the “humanizing” things one can find to try to make the public like Obama. Maybe then they’ll accept the scandals… Via MRC: Already moving on from the IRS scandal? On Thursday night, only the CBS Evening News of the broadcast network evening newscasts bothered to note how Lois Lerner, the IRS official in charge of the division which processes tax-exempt applications, was put on administrative leave after she took the Fifth and refused to answer questions at a House hearing the day before. Anchor Scott Pelley squeezed in 20 seconds on it. Yet, ABC World News and the NBC Nightly News made room to highlight a photo of a 17-year-old Barack Obama and his prom date along with a friend and his date. Both ABC World News anchor Dan Harris and NBC Nightly News anchor Ann Curry took time to point out how Obama, in a note written in the yearbook of the friend’s date, called her “foxy.” The picture and yearbook page were given to Time magazine by the woman. None of the newscasts made any mention of any other scandal, such as fresh revelations in case of the Obama administration’s eavesdropping and harassment of Fox News correspondent James Rosen. Pelley’s short May 23 CBS Evening News item on Lerner: In the IRS scandal, Lois Lerner was replaced today as the head of the IRS unit that targeted conservative groups. She was placed on administrative leave. Yesterday Lerner told Congress she’d done nothing wrong, then she pleaded the fifth and refused to answer any questions. The head of the IRS was essentially fired by the President last week.
Lerner who received hundreds of thousands of dollars in bonuses the past few years is now on a paid vacation. She's not paying a price because she did what those above her approved of and they'll have to keep her silent.
Obama Tells “His Press Corps” To “Behave” After They Ask Too Many Questions Jawohl, mein Fuehrer! Sieg Heil! Via Breitbart: President Barack Obama told American reporters to “behave” during a joint press conference with President Jacob Zuma of South Africa on Saturday. Obama was warning U.S. journalists not to ask too many questions in one, complaining that “my press” tried too squeeze “three or four or five questions in there,” complimenting Zuma on his more compliant media. (The Associated Press noted that “both U.S. and South African reporters asked multi-part questions,” though seconded Obama’s description of U.S. journalists as “his press corps.”) Press freedom is being challenged in South Africa, where the ruling African National Congress (ANC) chafes at criticism of its difficulties and resents exposure of its numerous corruption scandals. Television networks are dominated by the government-owned South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), which favors a pro-ANC line, and Internet media growth has been stunted by the state telecommunications monopoly, Telkom. Yet Zuma, though frequently at loggerheads with local media, would hardly dare tell them to “behave.” Obama’s admonition of American journalists is not the first time he has rebuked them in the presence of a foreign leader, on foreign soil. In March, during a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, he scolded NBC reporter Chuck Todd for asking several questions, saying an Israeli reporter who asked only one question had “behaved” better. Despite enjoying the support of mainstream media, Obama has often remained aloof from the press, and the recent AP/Rosen scandals have deepened the mistrust

White House Holds Secret Briefing With Liberal Reporters On How To Spin Obamacare Train Wreck… Good day to be a lapdog. Via Daily Caller: The White House held a background briefing Friday to discuss Obamacare implementation with a handful of journalists from liberal and progressive outlets. Slate blogger Matthew Yglesias posted a photograph to Instagram Friday featuring himself and other liberal journalists at the White House, with the caption “#thistown.” Yglesias’ photograph features American Prospect staff writer Jamelle Bouie and MSNBC’s Benjy Sarlin attending the briefing. Yglesias, who publicly cheered the death of conservative activist Andrew Breitbart, is known as a member of a tight-knit circle of progressive bloggers that includes Washington Post blogger Ezra Klein and low-rated MSNBC host Chris Hayes. http://dailycaller.com/2013/07/12/white-house-holds-obamacare-background-briefing-with-liberal-reporters/
