The Astros may have gotten a late start, but they are sure on a roll. The Cardinals meanwhile look in total disaray.

I spoke too soon. Although Roger took the loss it wasn't really his fault. He gave up 2 runs in the 6th inning and it was a wierd inning. The first guy hits the ball off of the plate and it goes a mile high, Roger barehands it and makes the throw but it was not in time. The steal was on and Everitt was going towards 2nd to cover the throw, but the batter swings and hits a liner right behind him, he gets a glove on it but can't stop. Runner goes to 3rd and we've got 2 on nobody out. Next guy hits one directly to Berkman, the runner on third breaks for the plate on contact, Berkman muffs the ball trying to make the play, Still runners on 1st and 3rd. Next guy hits one up the middle and 2nd run scores. Roger then retires the side. The were his runs but they didn't really hit him well. If Everiit isn't going towards 2nd he catches the line drive and doubles up the runner stealing on the play and Roger gets out of the inning.

We have to win the next 2 and hope the Cards don't.
