    No...

<t>I would never waste a second of my time on the First Felon. Just another classic example of this ingrate trying to re-write his sad sack legacy. Remember the last time he wagged his finger in the face of the American public? This is a sick individual that continues to be a national embarrassment except to the liberal media and most of Hollywood.</t>

Yeah...W's legacy is looking real strong at the moment with both Iraq and Afghanistan turning to crap and the extremist Muslim world mobilizing against us like never before. Hussein's judge is ousted recently for favoring Hussein!!! What a frigging circus that is.

Ex-military left and right criticize Rumsfled's handling of the war in Iraq and that intelligence report that states the U.S. is in even greater danger than before our ill-advised (to say the least) invasion of Iraq is a real beauty as well.

This disaster of a war in Iraq just gets worse every day.

Nice PR shots tonight on MNF of post Katrina New Orleans over a year later were real comforting to the Republican leadership as well I'm sure.

Damn that Clinton just left such a mess that W had no chance.

A little dose of reality is in order here...

    1. Clinton pleaded guilty to felonies to avoid prison. He's running around on TV selling his latest book, because he can't work as a lawyer anymore. Like OJ, he has to seek alternative employment...

    2. Before any Democrat or liberal can criticize anything done in Iraq or Afghanistan the last six years, they need to explain exactly what they would have done differently or what they propose to do now. The last guy they ran for president proposed sending MORE troops over there; not less.

    3. The Muslim world has been mobilizing against us since Mohammed flew off on his magic carpet. You just noticed?

    4. Hussein's judge and trial are a circus? You should try the judges in a state where nearly all of the judges have been appointed by the liberals...like California. In our current election, the Democratic Party candidate for Attorney General is Jerry Brown (Governor Moonbeam). As governor, he supported the Prisoners Bill of Rights that allowed child molestors to sell child pornography from prison, but he opposed the Victim's Bill of Rights. If you like clowns and balloons, you ain't seen nothing yet...

    5. The "ex-military" who have been criticizing Rumsfeld are part of a carefully orchestrated election year dog-and-pony show that was put on by the Senate Democrats. You fell for that? Senate Republicans were laughing about it today. When are the Democrats going to help us win the war?

    6. The intelligence report about the War in Iraq is a story all by itself. It turns out to be the leak of PART of a real intelligence document... Now think about that one. Some lib/Dem operative has committed treason by leaking part of a real intelligence estimate in time of war. The Republicans can't defend themselves, unless they release the rest of the document, or bite the political bullet and chase down the traitor, who probably works for someone like Kerry or Kennedy anyway. Its shameful episodes like this that make me proud to have switched to a party where our country still comes first.

    7. Katrina? Are you kidding? Do you really think the president caused a hurricane? You do realize that the worst part of the storm hit Mississippi and not New Orleans...don't you? Did you know that most of the victims were white? Most of the dead white too? Most of the homes destroyed, over 70,000 were owned by whites? You don't hear that story on TV do you? But its true. Just like you won't hear about how the mayor of New Orleans ran away...with half his police department running too...and how the governor of Louisiana issued orders preventing the Red Cross and Salvation Army from entering New Orleans for four days as she also refused to allow "her" National Guard to be federalized for the emergency...

    8. The mess that Bubba Clinton left, like that storm, will take years and years to clean up. Its a legacy of shame...

What does it say about the Unites States credibilty that the whole world would rather support that nut bag in Iran rather than get behind George W Bush and defend America? Boy how low we have dropped in the Worlds eye under Bush's watch!

"The last guy they ran for president proposed sending MORE troops over there; not less."

What boneheads decided that we should spend 300 billion dollars and have more Americans killed in Iraq than were killed in the 9-11 attacks??? Hmmmm.....I do think it was W and Dick...

And before you get on the puplit and announce how many Dems voted for the war in Iraq it must be noted how villified they would have been by their hawkish Republican opponents in post 9-11 America of late 2002 and early 2003 by being "soft" on terror.

This war is and was hogwwash and has only served to truly get the U.S. set up as a target for Muslim extremists who only seem to have Iraq as a motivating cause rather than a deterrent. On GMA this mornng there was a disturbing report on the need for more troops in the Army and the fact that these drawn out conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan are dangerously draining our military.

The shame of Katrina is the photos and video of still devastated large parts of New Orleans 13 months later coupled with the fact that we are still pumping billions of dollars and American lives into Iraq abroad.

    MCG, let’s talk facts here.

The foundation for Muslim extremists was formed in 1928 in Egypt. In 1970, the “founding fathers” of this movement renounced violence but the younger operatives were out of control by that point. They have been recruiting from mosques since 1930 and have had a heavy network since the early 40’s.

The Egyptian government , in 1928, was becoming more westernized. The Muslim Brotherhood was formed to educate the Muslim people. They protested against anything with a western influence. Within a few years, they resorted to arming themselves and letting violence speak for them. The only deterrent to their activities has been to execute the leaders. Any acts of kindness are signs of weakness that bring on even more violence. Anwar Sadat released all surviving Brotherhood members from prison and they assassinated him in 1981 because he signed a peace agreement with Israel in 1979.

Nothing you do to these extremists will cause them to be more determined to take out the western world. They are bound by their god to eradicate anyone that does not believe as they do. They need no other reasons. We need to take them back to 1966 when most of the top leaders were executed and the rest imprisoned. This may not even work unless they are all dead.

Now MCG, what would you propose that we do to eliminate the danger to the US?

I heard on the radio today an opinion that Bill Clinton just has to get his emotions and outbursts under control.

If not he will make a very poor first lady.

    Tom check this article out:

George: I think at the time of the decision to invade Iraq that any reference made publicly by a political group that it's opposing political group was being "soft" on terror for not going after the "terrorrist regime" in Iraq was pretty effective....especially considering the false but generally accepted B/S report that Iraq had WMDs.

MCG, that is an OPINION! How do you make someone hate you more when they already will stop at nothing short of extermination? Convince me that a person that wants to kill you can hate you any more.

"Among ways to combat the growing Islamist terror movement are exposing the jihadists' radical ideology and urging respected Muslim leaders to denounce terrorist tactics, according to the report.

For instance, the idea of a government based in ultraconservative Islamic law, or Sharia, doesn't sit well with the majority of Muslims, the report states. Exposing the jihadists' "ultimate political solution" would help divide jihadists "from the audiences they seek to persuade."

Also, condemnations of violence by notable clerics signal a trend from terror to peaceful political activism, the report states. The rejections of violence reduce "the ability of radicals to capitalize on passive community support. In this way, the Muslim mainstream emerges as the most powerful weapon in the war on terror."

This is what really pisses me off about Muslims in general in that the Muslim leadership seems too slow to condemn the assholes that would call themselves "Jihadists for Islam" instead of "murderous zealots".

This is all good in theory. However these options have been available since the "Muslim Brotherhood" began in 1928. They have not worked in 78 years. What makes us think that they will work now?

I believe that the report cited by MCG also said that a premature withdrawal from Iraq would be detrimental to the US. Of course for some reason, most of the media reports forgot to mention that.

Clinton is truly multi-faceted.... dig this.

Clinton had eyes for Demi, says Kutcher
    Monday Oct 2 10:00 AEST
Former US president Bill Clinton tried to 'hit on' actress Demi Moore, her husband Ashton Kutcher has said.

Kutcher, the star of the hit MTV show Punk'd, told chat host Jay Leno that Clinton made eyes at his superstar wife during a recent function.

Kutcher said although the three were all sat at a table next to each other he felt like "the invisible man".

Kutcher says Clinton didn't say one word to him the whole evening as he was so engrossed with Ghost actress Moore.

"I met Bill Clinton once but he didn't really talk — he was hitting on my wife," Kutcher told Leno.

The 28-year-old Butterfly Effect actor — who celebrated his first wedding anniversary with Moore, 43, on Sunday — said Clinton completely ignored him as he chatted to Demi.

"I don't think he looked at me the whole time," Kutcher said.

"I was like the guy that wasn't there."

Mr. Kutcher is fortunate that he wasn't sitting next to Congressman Foley. He might have gotten some strange emails...
