He stood up Ga.Tech and Paul Johnson at the Sun Bowl dinner intended to honor both teams. Shocking.

Didn't bother to call and say they weren't coming, nada.

Here is a more detailed article. USC showed up either 60 or 90 minutes late, depending on whose report you believe, and a player called El Paso a sh*tty city in a tweet. Those guys and their coach are low class scumbags.

I think history will record that this guy set back the USC program for a decade.

Far cry from how the Irish handled their trip to El Paso! We sold out the place and set a Sun Bowl attendance record and did all the things a team is supposed to do at a bowl with class.

Little Kiffin is perfect for USC. I hope they never fire him.

Well to be fair you guys had no coach for that game and the team probably didn't want to be there...but it was a game that got all Irish fans fired up for a big 2011. We all felt like we turned the corner....only to be brought rudely back to earth by the USF loss.

Wow, that is a new low for even Lame Kitten.

I agree with JO'Co, hope he stays at USC for a long time. But I am not sure how long their AD will put up with him. I think I remember JO'Co saying he would be on a short leash.

<t>yeah, Kiffin and the USC team are really causing a stir here locally. All negative stuff in the headlines the last couple of days. word is the locals here are supporting G-Tech big time in this game. Gonna be a lot of empty seats here too. <br/>

Best Sun Bowl as far as the community is concerned in the last 20 years was the one two years ago between ND and Miami. Biggest money maker they ever had. <br/>

Let's hope USC isn't smart enough to get rid of Kiffin for at least a couple more years. As far as I'm concerned, he's good for ND. LOL</t>
