We need to get bigger and stronger up the middle.
After today's commit of Justin Manning, the Aggies now have (according to Rivals) a bevy of nasty DT's!

    #6, #9, #13 and #19.

I'm not a big fan of Rivals, but these kids are screaming takes so it's hard for them to miss.

Is Damontre Moore coming back for you guys? He's up to #5 on Kipers Big Board.

Big year recruiting for you guys. Sort of a perfect storm. New staff to invigorate the effort, struggles over in Austin while you soar in the SEC.

Meanwhile, the rest of the SEC had NFL defenses. You're in trouble...there's no way A&M can compete in the SEC.

The Aggies got a commit from the #1 player in Texas this morning: WR / TE Ricky Seals-Jones.
Johnny is going to have some ridiculous talent to throw to for the net few years!

RS-J to me seems like a great player of course, but I'd worry about the entourage around him. He's got some people around him with hands out, AAU types.

I trust our folks to keep an eye on that kind of thing.
    They've squashed it before.

Any of you ND guys familiar with Isaac Savaiinaea??
I'm told he's from the same High school as Manti, and is set to become one of the last pieces of this Aggie recruiting class...

We offered him, but he committed to Stanford. We tried to set up a visit for him but I don't believe he ever visited. We have a great set of LB's coming in with the #1 OLB in Jaylon Smith and the #3 InSideLB in Alex Anzalone, along with some other guys who are pretty highly rated. Don't think in the end he'd have made the cut this year for us.
