I remember lots of our "friends" in this state telling us how we'd enjoy going 5-7 every year in the SEC... Hmmm... The Aggies said they were mad at how they let the LSU game get away. It looked like they were serious, and took it out on hapless Auburn. First eight drives go for TD's 42 to 7 at half time. Sets up a big game for us at MSU. BTW, I'd love to thank the SEC schedulers for this lovely 5 road games in six weeks set up they gave us! :x They are bloodied after the beating Bama put on them... and we are coming in with a TOTALLY different approach. If we hold on to the ball... we're pretty hard to stop. Guess we'll see who's third best in the West...

Kes, funny you should mention that about Texas' narrow victory vs. Kansas. I was going to say something, but I didn't want to start a topic and didn't know where to post. Kansas is horrible, but they came close to upsetting Texas. I wonder what gives with the Texas faithful. I'm sure TOK can update us.
I always said the Aggies would be a great addition to the SEC and never doubted that you could be competitive.
VERY happy with the move Don! All the folks that have come to Kyle Field have been great (even the LSU fans were better than they ever were before) and welcomed us warmly. Every game is on TV now, and we're getting much better pub and recruiting boosts from it as well. I'll let Terry fill us in on the train-wreck that is occurring in Austin! Lord knows I'm biting my tongue!
I posted after the last 2 losses that Mack is in trouble with the fans as is Manny Diaz. Our defense just stinks. However Mack does have a contract that runs to 2020 and I can't see Mack letting the fans run him out of town. Manny Diaz on the other hand is in deep trouble if the poor defense continues. We have 4 games left 2 on the road with Tech and KState, no way we win at KState, 50-50 on the Tech game and then we have Iowa State and TCU at home both probably better than 50-50 that we win. We could end up 9-3 or 6-6...9-3 fans grumble but move on 6-6 fans get the pitch forks! Scott I have been meaning to ask you how you compare Johnny to Reggie, well Reggie before Fran ruined him? BTW, congrats on the win, and I hope you guys win out!

That's a very bad thing and I hope they catch and punish those involved to the max. BUT, I've seen enough crap like that to know it probably wasn't actual A&M students. If it was... I hope they kick them out. For now my assumption is it's just some a-holes thinking they are funny.
