    It's elementary my dear lads......elementary. We teachers are underpaid and require more dough. We can't get it in traditional ways, because the cities and counties have tapped out. Sooooooo......we have decided to subdivide the entire state into collectives which are better able to support our progressive needs. We're not even asking for the 16% raise that the Chicago teachers just turned down. We're much more reasonable. Remember, it's all for the children...
