    They want 1 million dollars in "bitcoin" to give out the code to decipher the encryption. They have sent the encrypted files to a number of organizations. I'll bet George Soro's has already sent the money.

    I think that they got these through their stooges in the IRS. Of course there are legal problems if it comes from there so they came up with this bull story as a cover for the real thieves.
