Sorry I'm late on this. Our group is still active for this event. Of course newcomers are welcome.

And don't forget you can change your roster after every round. This is important especially if one of your team doesn't make the cut.

hmmmm maybe I should take a flyer on the Zhang kid from China who lives in Fla now? He's 14, he's immune to nerves and sense of where he is ....yeah that's what I"m going to do! :)

    Lance Armstrong

<r>The US anti-doping agency has announced that it's charging Lance Armstrong with doping during the 7 years he won the Tour de France. <br/>
    Armstrong responded:
    <QUOTE><s>
    </e></QUOTE>

Is it just me or is this more than a day late? I'm glad to see our USADA trashing the most celebrated US cyclist in history. I assume that they did up the bodies of Babe Ruth and Jesse Owens and see what they can accuse them of. <br/>
So if they strip him of his Tour titles who do they give it to? Someone who probably was doping just like the rest of the field? This is ********. <E></E></r>

Jim Furyk never seemed to get in a good groove yesterday. He seemed to be playing very defensively, having to make lots of up and downs, making long putts. Never got in control of the round.

Of course the pressure on Webb was different, he was coming form behind and really had nothing to lose so he played aggressively and well.

Biggest disappointment yesterday for me was Ernie Els. To qualify for next year's Masters you have to finish in the top 8. Ernie managed to come in 9th

    Gipper,

A lot of disappointments yesterday, Furyk, McGowan, Woods,Els, etc. I had a feeling someone would break out behind the leaders and win, however Simpson was not on my list. (Grin)

Too bad Don, the morning line on Simpson winning was 25 to 1. He sure as hell wasn't on my list either. :D
