I'm sure Dave supports the White House trying to real in Big Pharma....except they are a bunch of lying SOS.
So it's the White House who won't let you get drugs at lower cost from overseas sources because Big Pharma is doing such a good job. What a bunch of hypocrits.

    re: Max Baucus

Senator Max Baucus of Montana is one of the most notorious drunks in the history of the United States Senate...and that's saying something. Here he is, roaring drunk on the floor of the senate, making a speech; making accusations; and making a mockery of our country all at the same time.

    Jim,

If we had a turnover of say, 435 congress people in November, do you think it could be any worse than it is now?

Yes, it could be worse. The Congress before the Civil War was half disloyal and half incompetent. During the war, in a speech to the Congress, President Lincoln actually made a reference to this general lack of ability with the words, "We of this generation will be remembered in spite of ourselves."

The current Congress is actually an improvement from the one Nancy Pelosi was running, but Horseface Harry over in the senate is still in charge there, so there's still a lot of room for improvement.

I dislike them all. They are all about feathering their own nests. As close to totally useless as I've ever seen and in many cases, criminal.
