Pretty good accolade when the players themselves voted Tebow into the Top 100 players in the game today:

NEW YORK — Tim Tebow might be Mark Sanchez's backup in New York, but he has bragging rights on the Jets' starting quarterback.

Tebow was recently voted by current players as No. 95 on NFL Network's list of the league's top 100 players. Sanchez, however, didn't make the cut."

No real rationale explanation for that vote based on what he's done so far as a football player.

Well....it wasn't Bronco and Gator fans voting......just highly skilled NFL players who have witnessed his play on the field in person.

    Rationale? I think so.

He was traded for a 4th and 6th round draft pick. That's what Denver and the Jets thought he was worth.

He may never have any impact with the Jets.....I'm not a fan of putting him in cold in special packages with these NFL defenses smelling out every ploy.

But as a leader and a winner as the starting Qb he made a significant impact with the players on the field and they proved it with this vote..

What that trade proved is not what the Jets thought of him but how little Elway thought of him. So be it.

We'll see how far in the playoffs the Broncos go this year.

Given that Sanchez didn't make the list, he clearly landed in a good place for him. He should have no problem taking away the starting job

Might happen BT but that's not the current plan of the Jets....or so they say.

Of course the Broncos intend to win the Super Bowl this year but that may not happen either.

    So you never know....

The guy that gives them the best opportunity to win will play.....it's entirely in his hands.

I have to admit that based on his career so far that is surprising.

But I am hoping it becomes reality.
