Funny story about Mullin, who's been the subject of a family joke since his growth in size and ability to become Indiana Mr. Basketball and now his heroic 3 pointer. As 8th graders, my grandson ran by him for a TD when Braylon was the safety for his team. Then in BB season, my grandson held him to 2 points although we lost a close one to his jr. HS team. That was the point where the vast separation in BB talent - and Braylon's growth - began. My grandson peaked in that game. He quit BB after 8th grade to focus on other sports and topped out at 5'11".

Stu, I don't know if you subscribe to the Indy Star. Gregg Doyel - a lightning rod writer not liked by some - wrote IMO a good column on next season's Purdue prospects and personnel, subject to portal activity. I found it interesting, informative, and optimistic.
The Lady Longhorns are kicking Michigan’s ass tonight and not taking prisoners. Oldacre is a one woman wrecking crew!
Women's Final Four is all #1 seeds and a repeat of the Final Four from last year. Should be a very competitive Final Four, the Elite 8 was all blowouts of 20 + points
UCONN appears to be deeper in talent and an excellent coach. Difficult for Illinois beat that combination.
No doubt about Danny Hurleys coaching ability. He's kind of a jerk though. I'm rooting for BDR's Arizona Wildcats tonwin it all.
Teams that played M well this year were teams that didn’t turn the ball over, hit their 3’s, and were not overwhelmed by M’s front line. Smith carved us up in the BT tournament championship game.
