L$U's problem is: unlike here in Texas, the state DOES pay the coaches... so that money comes from taxpayers... and they are already in a world of hurt.
I'm assuming they fired Kelly with a very large donor taking on most of that buyout... otherwise a very poor state goes further into the red.

I think the fact that the Governor is getting involved would be a major factor to evaluate taking the head coaching job at LSU.

Arch is back practicing with team, but still in the protocol. No word on whether or not he'll play vs Vandy. I've seen reports that his backup is actually a better passer than Arch and if he gets the start and wins that he might continue to start. That would be a earthquake like decision by Sark.

It seems that when a player goes into the concussion protocol, he is out for longer than 1 week. My guess is Arch is sitting out the Vanderbilt game.

No coach. No AD. Interim president who is not a candidate for permanent job. I think Terry is right. Whoever is in power at LSU is going to visit Huey’s grave with a Ouija board to find a new coach.

I'm betting that the search committee will look suspiciously like the cast of Duck Dynasty!:D:D:D

Buckeyes are heavily favored over the Nits and he game is here in Columbus. Coach Day says Penn State has nothing to lose by going all out for the game. Only problem is a backup QB is a major problem. If we can stop or at least contain their running game they will be dead in the water.

Bob, I'm suspicious of that picture... there's no broken down airboat in the background.

Gameday crowd were unanimous that Buckeyes would win and easily cover the 20 point spread. So you Buckeyes can relax and enjoy!!o_O

Surprised Arch recovered so quickly. Texas is off to a fast start although watching the game over the air thanks to ESPN trying to squeeze You Tube TV.

This is the Longhorn team we expected, at least so far. 17-0 Texas 1st qtr. Offense dominating Vandy and Diego Pavia nada.

A lot of ND/YouTube fans have switched to SlingTV for the weekend and plan to cancel after Saturday.

I still have one of those outdoor antenna's from old days and it's hooked up to my 'smart TV' like no doubt what you have done. Comes in handy on occasion.
