"....bitcoin investing louts from the toll road flatlands." That's a new one. :D

I'm sure the Brew Crew will squelch this impertinent uprising. In the end these past two games will be known as our last hurrah. -sniff-

Seattle vs Toronto in the ALCS. Tough loss for the Tigers last night. Cubs vs Brewers tonight for the right to go to the NLCS and face the Dodgers. I'm hoping for the Brewers!

You should get your wish, Terry. I’m just happy the Cubs showed some grit in pushing it to a Game 5.

Whew…. Brewers win!!! Cubbies put the fear of God into Milwaukee and battled us the bitter end. Great series played in a Hatfield vs McCoy atmosphere. Now we meet the billion dollar Hollywood monster armed only with a stick in one hand and a rosary in the other.

Congrats Bobda. Cubs just couldn’t capitalize on the few opportunities they had to take charge. Both teams were well coached throughout the series. The Brewers just wanted it more. I’d love to see a Brewers vs. Seattle WS which would guarantee a 1st time winner.

A post by a diehard Cubs fan....

I hear you on that tempering interest in rooting for them against the Dodgers. But we call their home field Wrigley North, invade their stadium, and unfurl W flags in the stands when we win there. So this probably felt like an exorcism for them going all the way back to champagne in their home clubhouse after Zambrano’s no-hitter (not that we did anything wrong there; it’s just how it played out.).

It would have been a much better play for them to plant a Brewer colored W flag to actually celebrate their own damn victory. The L comes off as a spiteful amateur little brother play. And now their celebratory team photo shows them all posing in front of an L flag. Great look. Okay, so they beat us. But we’ll remember.

I’ll still be pulling for them against the Dodgers. Then AL in WS, whoever wins.

If Cubby fans can fly the W at what they mockingly describe as Wrigley Field North when they win, shouldn’t they expect some payback when the table is turned? Pearl clutching hypocrites…

Well the Brewers made it tight in the bottom of the 9th but Turang chased a high fastball at 3-2 with the bases loaded to end the game, 2-1 for the Dodgers. Snell was unhitable and was surprised Roberts did not send him out in the 9th as the Brewers could not put a bat on his pitches. Game highlight is the craziest double play I have ever seen

WELP…..My hope has changed from the Brewers making it to the World Series to the Brewers avoiding getting swept. The “little engine that could” is getting the brakes beaten off it by Hollywood monster.

The $ spent by the Dodgers makes the Cubs look like pikers. I'm hoping for a comeback by the Brewers but it may be in vain. Theey're going to LA and will be hard pressed to win 2 in a row there. Nevertheless, still hoping.

BlueJays put it on the Mariners. I wonder if this will be like the Astros/Nats WS a few years ago. Astro down 0-2 then swept the Nats at Washington came home only needing 1 win for the WS championship but couldn't get it down lost in 7.

    3 games, 3 runs & only 9 hits.
Dodgers pitchers have tortured the Brewers hitters. This series so far resembles a Newfoundland baby seal clubbing event as opposed to a real competition between 2 teams. Otani should put us Cheeseheads out of our misery tomorrow.
