Back in the time when Kelly had bailed on ND for LSU, most ND fans wanted Fickell badly. He fit the vision they had of a coach ready to step up. Careful what you wish for I guess.

Yes he's been mediocre at best, and against mediocre to poor competition. i don't know what's wrong with him and the offense. It's been very disappointing to say the least. He has run for 2 TD's but that's not what fans want to see, want to see him look like a Manning throwing the ball. 14-3 at the half, should be 35-3 and people wondering how long he'll play.
Georgia found their running game and shoved it down the Vols throats to open the 2nd half (13 of 14 plays were running plays) and now lead for the 1st time.. This is another really good game. I'm only checking in on Texas, that game isn't a good game.
Arch is now 9-22 for 97 yds. Not good. Over in Knoxville it continues to be a great game, lots of big plays. Vols are out in front now 35-30

And Georgia did just that, a great TD throw by Stockton and then an easy 2 point conversion and we are tied with 2:32 left for the Vols to put up points and get the win. What a great game.
