In the final minutes Houston had Duke befuddled with its aggressiveness. Because of what he did to IU's program, I can't like him, but he sure is one heckuva coach. I knew I had seen great defense from both teams in the first game. Houston took it up a notch. Should be a wild final.

No doubt UCONN was the best team this season, blew out Big 10 Champion UCLA, blew out SEC Champion South Carolina. Neither game was ever close. 12th title for Geno and UCONN. Incredible record for both Geno and UCONN.

Mens Nebraska team beat a very good Central Florida Squad 77-65 to win the NIT final.

Aggies have their replacement for Buzz. Bucky McMillan from Samford. He's got a lot of work to do as the Aggies currently have a roster of 1 after graduation and transfer losses. Fast paced uptempo, Bucky Ball is coming to college station. He won a lot at the prep level and he's done a excellent job at Samford. Can he make the jump. We'll see.

I heard on ESPNU that Walter Clayton Jr, was a better football player and had offers from Georgia, FSU, Tenn and ND...but chose to go to Iona for basketball.

Interesting comments by Jeff Walz, the Louisville women's BB coach, on NIL and roster size.

    College sports is no more.
It's a bunch of mercenaries that won't even practice without the right $incentive$...
This disgusts me, I won't miss it.

Baylor will have zero players left from the 2024-25 Basketball squad...none, nada, zip. There is no coaching change but nobody is staying.
