Hello Gents, Hope you are all well! It’s that time of year again! College football returns! Something new I’m doing this year as a part of my media job, I’m covering Ohio State. So here is the link for my season preview! Check it out, be gentle please, I’m new to journalism but improving a little each time I write! Go Bucks! https://www.vsbnradio.com/post/buckeyes-begin-season-with-high-aspirations
SanDiegoKid, Everyone is anxious to get the 2024 season underway. Seems like it has been a long time forthcoming, but this year really is no different. Appreciate your thoughts. Any new fodder is always welcomed.
Nick’s ok but he’s a Steelers fanboy. Also the Celtics but at least I understand that. He’s also a good friend so I anticipate some sh&t for that comment.
Here’s yesterday’s game recap! I know it’s Akron but still a win! https://www.vsbnradio.com/post/archie-griffin-honored-as-buckeyes-take-down-akron-52-6
I appreciate you Bob! All joking aside. Much respect to the greatest rivalry in all of sports! I’m pumped for November already! Very classy response!
Since I borrow my friend’s account I’m okay with it haha. But I can see why people are upset. I’ll be at the game so it won’t impact me.
Post game article from East Lansing, apologies for the delay in posting! https://www.vsbnradio.com/post/ohio-state-earns-first-road-win-in-east-lansing
Kid, what's your take on the SEC / Big 10 push for a joint schedule and for 4 guaranteed spots in the CFP?
Well, I'm not Nick...but my take is that you earn them. I'm a B1G fan (obviously) and the B1G and SEC are big enough and powerful enough to conceivably earn 4 berths on any given year...but EARN them. Do you want a guaranteed slot to push out a more deserving team, just because they aren't part of the two big conferences? I said all along that when we went to 12 teams (which I was in favor of) it wouldn't end the argument of who should be in and who should be left out...it would (will) just move it down the rankings a little.
The Iowa preview is here! Enjoy! Go Bucks! https://www.vsbnradio.com/post/getting-to-know-the-opponent-iowa
Iowa recap! Slow start offensively but the guys got it together! The Ducks are next! https://www.vsbnradio.com/post/buckeyes-wear-down-hawkeyes-en-route-to-easy-win
Nice article Nick, always expect a well viewed and written unbiased article. Any thoughts on Day's willingness to go fourth downs this season? Obviously he must have confidence on his reshuffled offensive line and running backs.
