Mack Brown told ESPN on Saturday he's not resigning after an emotional locker room scene with his players following North Carolina's embarrassing 70-50 loss to James Madison, which is in only its third season as an FBS school. Brown, a College Football Hall of Famer, said he told the players that it was his fault and would step away if he couldn't get things fixed. The 70 points were the most ever given up by the Tar Heels, who fell to 3-1 after winning their first three games. "I'm not resigning. I'll be back at work Monday," Brown told ESPN.
Our rushing game looked great yesterday, our defensive line was weak against Marshall, our kickoff game was horrible, three kicks out of bounds, passing game adequate. Now we will see how good the Buckeyes are when playing Big Ten teams?
I was at the 1994 game. Still remember how silent the Big House went after that Hail Mary. Cordell threw a moon shot that must have traveled 70 yards in the air.
A bit of movement in the AP top 10. Tenn into #5 and Missouri out of the top 10. 1. Texas 2. UGA 3. Ohio State 4. Alabama 5. Tenn 6. Ole Miss 7. Miami 8. Oregon 9. Penn State 10. Utah.
Really thought the BIG made a mistake inviting Utah and Arizona. Both schools would have been a good fit in the expanded B10 although still hate the fact that the PAC 12 imploded.
Good God...we gotta go fake news memes in sports now??? Gotta admit the timing of the audio and video was right on.
