None specifically, but we've mostly stayed with College Sports in general. Not much NBA stuff either, but MLB can be pretty active.
Welcome Nick. All sports are fair game. Some of us don't follow pro's much, but there are fellas who do. Throw a subject up and see what happens...
Good for you living in God's Country! Buckeye is my DNA, born and raised and spent the first 30 years of my life in C'bus, will always be home....but the weather sucks, so we headed south and are in NC now. Son lives downtown in the Gaslamp Quarter. His office is in Carlsbad tho so he commutes 3 times a week which he says sucks, but does it anyway. Go figure. Last time out we spent some time in Carlsbad, which was fun. Wife and daughter love LaJolla and DelMar, I'm more an Oceanside, Carlsbad kinda guy but it's all good, weather near perfect....but so damn pricey. Welcome aboard
I'll try to answer that, hoping that my friends will correct me if I go in the wrong direction. Not widespread interest in the NFL, although some of us are willing to talk about it. I live in the Indianapolis area and am a Colts fan. The primary interests here over the past 30+ years have been college football and basketball, followed closely by MLB to cover three distinct seasons. There's a wide geographic spread among us with loyalties in all sports covering most of the country. EDIT: What Scott said is accurate. Throw a sublect up and see what happens.
Steelers are fine. Honorable franchise. As long as he is not a Bears fan, we’re cool. I am waiting to see if Gipper is taking a cautious step to jump on the Lions bandwagon. They definitely did not look like the SOL ( same old Lions) last night in KC.
Corey asked me if i lit up The Villages after the Lions win. I told him it ended 2 hrs. After Villages bedtime. I turned on the lights for 10 min. and turned on the blender.
Aw, gotta give you some love after yesterday. Steelers will be fine. SF is a good team. Come over Monday night and we'll have a food fight or something. PS sorry guys about the thread drift...I try not to do that. My bad.
